Many homebuyers are allergic to dogs and/or cats and some homebuyers are afraid of pets. Better to not show a pet or pet toys or pet food in your real estate promotional photos. No pets allowed. This big dog is sure to scare away buyers. Please remove the climbing tower for cats. A cat is hiding behind the blue pillow. Bonus photo suggestion: Remove oversized decorative items such as the gigantic vase; it’s out of proportion for the room and will distract buyers.
